SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY
I aim to dispatch orders within two working days (Apart from Bank Holiday's)
Items sent 2nd Class are aimed to be delivered in 2-3 working days
1st Class are aimed to be delivered in 1-2 working days.
International orders can take up to 12 days to the US, EU countries delivery aims is 5-7 working days. Please note there are severe delays shipping items to Spain and Italy.
I do ship worldwide but please contact me if your country isn't on the list.
GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING
I'm proud to be a plastic free business! I use biodegradable bubble wrap to protect my coastal artworks and gift wrap everyone one using hand stamped recycled brown paper, a natural jute ribbon. Gift tags and gift notes are available, just leave a note with your order if you would like a gift note/tag added. I've now found a plant based sellotape and I use biodegradable fragile tape for the recycled cardboard box!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns, Please contact me within 5 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for postage return costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you change your mind or have purchased by mistake please contact me the same day of purchase as most orders are sent the next working day.
